Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of surgical dressings, hospital disposables, surgical implants, medical implants and orthopeadic implants. Our manufacturing unit is developed as per CGMP standards and is equipped with latest machines to deliver quality surgical dressings & hospital disposables.
We offer customized solutions to our clients and therefore manufacture & supply products as per their specification. Apart from manufacturing, we also provide packaging of consignments to improve the shelf life of the products and at the same time ensures safe delivery to the clients. The range of surgical dressings, hospital disposables, surgical implants, medical implants and orthopeadic implants caters to the demands of domestic market and has also helped us to establish a foothold in the international market. | We have a well equipped and a fully integrated manufacturing unit which is located in the city of Thane (Maharashtra, India). In our manufacturing unit, we have all the facilities for effective and smooth production of our surgical dressings & hospital disposables. The machinery helps us manufacture and supply top of the line production process services. Apart from the manufacturing unit, we also have other facilities for quality testing, research & development, storage and packaging. These departments work in a streamlined manner in order to assure swift production and post production processes. Packaging
| To ensure hygiene & to maintain the sterile features, we undertake a lot of detailing in the packaging of the products. Our experienced professionals use the latest packaging technique & machines, and package the finished products in corrugated boxes, cartons, and sheets. The packaging material that we acquire from our vendors is quality tested so that there is no infection or contamination of any type in our products. Apart from this, we also ensure that the products are packed and labelled in a well defined manner with prescriptions, manufacturing date, expiry date, batch number and other necessary information. |
